Site Work
Chavez concrete performs all scopes to relative to site work and structural concrete.
Chavez owns two laser screeds, one large and one compact. The ability to produce high volume while maintaining high accuracy and production is where it excels with complicated angles, pitches, while mirroring the survey point plan.
In the summer of 2021 Chavez Concrete set a record in New Mexico by successfully placing 2600 yards, 106,000 ft.² in one night placement for Werner Enterprises by utilizing the latest 3-D Surveying software with its laser screeds.
Chavez Concrete also owns and operates a curb machine for its larger projects to cut down on scheduling and increasing productivity.
In addition, stamp concrete, site wall footings, concrete rundowns, valley gutters, and more.
Residential
Chavez Concrete brand started with residential housing and associated a concrete in 1952 before moving to more commercial-based in the 1980s.
The residential division has one crew only but its foreman, Carlos Lima. Carlos has worked for Chavez for over 40 years faithfully!
Carlos has been specializing in residential work exclusively for 30 years. This skill set is why Carlos and Chavez still average double digit jobs consistently, weekly.

Chavez Concrete is a turnkey concrete contractor that services Albuquerque and surrounding areas within New Mexico. We pride ourselves on maintaining state of the art equipment and the use of technology is prevalent throughout the company.
Each foreman is equipped with an iPad and access to several software‘s that allow him to quickly pull up the plans, issue RFI‘s, or email direct from the field.
Whether it’s our layout/survey equipment purchased in 2021, a sister company (Chavez Pumping) with 12 concrete pumps and a Telebelt, a PowerCurber slip form machine for larger curb and gutter projects, a Somero large and small line laser screed, and 3-D profiling software that allows us to place up to 100,000 Sqft a night. Not to be forgotten is the over 10,000 Sqft if Symoms forms.
